NEW Reduced Number of Passes When Performing Threading Applications on Lathes

QUICK-THREADis a multi-tooth threading insert designed to reduce the number of passes required when machining OD and ID threading applications on a lathe.
These threading inserts can be mounted on standard holders (ISO inserts) with JETCUTholders for pinpointed coolant.

The first tooth of the QUICK-THREADinsert is designed for roughing, while the second tooth is for medium to semi-finishing, removing most of the material.
The last tooth is designed to finish the thread to the required dimensions.
QUICK-THREAD's multiple teeth allo w for a higher metal removal rate, resulting in faster cycle times and overall cost savings, while also improving surface finish and tool life.
